Description of Tool Usage:

This tool is used to lock the outboard aileron in the up position during maintenance of the outboard actuator power control actuator (PCA) reaction link removal/installation and PCA filter removal/installation. The A27005-1 lock is a clamp-like assembly without a storage box.
