Description of Tool Usage:

This test equipment is used on 767 airplanes line numbers 1 through 830 that are equipped with 60B80050-1 through -7 outboard aileron lockout actuators. This tool detects degraded performance of actuator motorcontrol or limit switches in order to prevent a dispatch delay. The test equipment attaches directly to the actuator connector in place of the airplane electrical connector without removing the actuator from the lockout mechanism. The equipment consists of a -42 test box, a -3 cable assembly, and comes in a storage box assembly.
