Description of Tool Usage:

This turnbuckle is used to adjust and hold the angle of the main landing gear strut when the truck position actuator is removed during main landing gear removal/installation operations. This tool is a turnbuckle body which mounts both lefthand and right-hand threaded rods. When the necessary clearance is achieved between the 161T1120 Inner Cylinder and the 161T1131 Bogie Beam, two spring pins lock rods into position.
