Description of Tool Usage:

Tool used to plug pressure relief valve door openings and surge tank vents in lower outboard wing for 4-psi fuel pressure seal test in all tanks. Use in conjunction with F72951 water manometer. This tool consists of a -3 tank cover assy and a -5 ventcover assy and comes a box assembly.
