Description of Tool Usage:

This equipment is used to support the fan and core cowl of a PW4000 engine in an open position. G71023-52 usage is limited to 20 knots wind speed or less. G71023-52 consists of two G71023-2 aft tube assemblies, a G71023-3 and -4 left and right core cowl attachment assemblies, a G71023-5 and -6 left and right thrust reverser attachment assemblies, a G71023-7 and -8 left and right forward tube assemblies and a G71023-9 and -10 left and right cowl attachment assemblies. All components are contained in a storage box.
